One of the legal housing projects in Rawalpindi is Capital Smart City Islamabad, which has been approved by the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA). Currently, the society is awaiting a revised NOC for its extended blocks since the first NOC granted was under review due to the additional land acquired. Hopefully, it will be granted soon.

During its launch ceremony on the 2nd of May 2019, the society introduced “Executive Block. For a limited time, the company offered its clients in the general block the opportunity to shift their plots into the executive block.There was a short window for the conversion of the plots. 24th May 2019 was the deadline for applying. After this deadline, an additional 30% must be paid to the society for conversion or booking a brand-new plot in this block.
